Hi, I’m Jack Loechner and I’m a video producer with a lifelong passion for storytelling through film. I grew up in Laguna Beach, where I discovered my love for video production at a young age. Whether capturing the perfect wave or simply documenting moments with friends, I quickly realized the power of visuals to convey emotions and tell stories.

My journey in filmmaking began in the surf world, where I worked on surf and wave films, immersing myself in the art of capturing the beauty and thrill of the ocean. My love for sports and storytelling continued as I pursued baseball at the University of Oregon, where I played at the Division 1 level. Later, I transferred to the University of Hawaii, where I continued to develop my skills behind the camera.

After earning my degree in Communication, I returned to filmmaking, focusing on surf films again, before transitioning into the world of marketing. I worked with a marketing company, gaining experience in content creation and digital strategy, but my passion for video production never wavered.

Today, I work as a freelance video producer, bringing my skills to a variety of projects, from action sports to brand storytelling. I use my Sony FX6 to capture stunning, high-quality content that connects with audiences and delivers impactful visual narratives. Whether it’s an action-packed sequence or a quiet moment of reflection, I strive to bring a fresh perspective to every project I work on.
